Looking for more ways to support my pelvic rehab regimen, I found S.S. 'Chakra root'. It's a nurturing blend for healing n maintenance of pelvic issues. I apply it after my showering and recite the mantra, (enclosed card), rubbing it on my hands and massaging it on my pelvis and sacrum. Definitely a thumbs up to sooth and ground me.
